Involved from initial scoping and kickoff, I worked directly with sales and end clients to develop full implementations, including creative, for visual dashboard solutions as per client brief.
At Korbyt, as a SaaS based developer - our team developed integrated visual communication solutions via our CMS, aptly named Korbyt. CMS was a visual solution to display KPIs and employee comms in busy and complex environments, with a focus on data. In my tenure, I worked to deploy upwards of 50+ full migrations or system updates for a variety of clients, including but not limited to Fortune 100 Companies, FTSE traded entities, Educational and Public Works projects.
Projects would begin from initial scoping and proposal, RFP/RFI, SOWs and into client research to build user stories and flow for UX/UI. User testing, surveys, wireframes and working hi-fidelity mockups provided to clients, in the duration of project. All work designed in a combination of Adobe suite and use of Sketch & XD. The end results were reproduced with exported assets in our cloud/hybrid CMS, Korbyt.
Projects included interactive mapping for their campus, a variety of SQL integrations for live data ingest and use of CSS/HTML/JS for customizing any particular setup. I worked to connect data via custom data adapters & all creative deliverables, in collaboration with other Delivery team members. Bespoke data setups & mappings were built along with interactivity/animations, based on client requirements while following any internal corporate branding guidelines.
The goal of the Korbyt system was to improve visibility of KPIs and various internal stats with our custom CMS in cloud/hybrid/on-prem variations. Depending on scope this could include integration of PowerBI, Salesforce or any native APIs for data viz- in order to improve workflow and productivity in a given work environment.
Clients included: Velux, Equiniti, Saga PLC, Fidelity, CGI, Ministry of Defence, US Department of Treasury, SCAS, Johnson & Johnson, University of California and others.
Custom dashboard for client - including variable KPI display and real-time news, with custom employee communications messaging. Utilizing branding guidelines to retain sense of familiarity with team and real-time data monitoring. Includes animations throughout design.
